These General Terms govern purchases made through bambakicks.com. Before completing an order, the customer must review the product, price, charges, delivery address and these terms.

2. Products
BambaKicks aims to keep photographs, descriptions, sizes and product characteristics clear and up to date. Colours may vary slightly depending on the screen. Any special condition — for example, second-hand condition, limited edition status or particular product characteristics — will be stated on the relevant product page.
3. Price and taxes
Prices shown in the store are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes configured for the sale unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping costs and, where applicable, other costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
4. Purchase process
The customer selects the products, reviews the cart, provides the requested information, chooses available delivery and payment options and confirms the order. Before completing the purchase, errors in the entered information can be corrected using the checkout tools. After purchase, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
5. Contract formation and availability
The order is subject to availability and payment validation. If, after purchase, there is a genuine inability to supply the goods, the customer will be contacted and the corresponding amounts paid will be refunded. BambaKicks reserves the right to reject fraudulent, clearly erroneous or legally unprocessable orders.
7. Payment
Available payment methods appear at checkout. Full card details are processed by the relevant payment providers and do not need to be stored directly by BambaKicks.

9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers purchasing at a distance generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions. The full procedure is explained in Exchanges, Returns and Withdrawal.
10. Legal guarantee
Products are covered by the applicable legal conformity guarantee. In Spain, for new goods, liability for lack of conformity that appears within the legal period is generally three years from delivery. See Warranties and Complaints.

The customer can contact us at bambakicks@gmail.com or through the contact page. BambaKicks will aim to resolve issues reasonably and in accordance with consumer rights.
12. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, designs, photographs and other store content belong to their respective owners and may not be used outside legally permitted uses without authorisation. The sale of third-party products does not imply affiliation with those brands unless expressly stated.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights. BambaKicks will not be liable for breaches caused by circumstances beyond its control where such exclusion is permitted by law, without prejudice to applicable legal obligations relating to delivery, conformity and refunds.
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory protective rules that may apply to consumers based on their place of residence. Any clause will be interpreted in a manner compatible with legally recognised consumer rights.
