This policy explains how shipping through bambakicks.com is handled. The shipping cost applicable to each order is always shown at checkout before the purchase is confirmed.

1. Order preparation

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation is received. During launches, promotions or periods of high demand, preparation may take additional time. If a relevant issue affects an order, BambaKicks will try to contact the customer using the details provided during purchase.

2. Active shipping rates

Spain: €6.99. Free shipping on orders of €55 or more.
European Union: €8.99.
Enabled international destinations: €12.99.

Available zones and the final amount are calculated by Shopify according to the delivery address. If there is any difference, the amount shown at checkout before payment prevails.

3. Tracking

When the shipping method supports it, the customer will receive tracking information. Carrier times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, customs, logistics incidents or other circumstances beyond BambaKicks' reasonable control.

4. Incorrect address or failed delivery

The customer must check the address before confirming the order. If an error is found, contact bambakicks@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, changing the address may not be possible. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be charged where legally permitted.

5. Damage, loss or transport incidents

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend recording this with the carrier and contacting BambaKicks as soon as possible, including photographs of the packaging and product. This helps us manage the incident and does not limit the consumer's statutory rights.

6. Risk in the products

Where the buyer is a consumer, risk of loss or damage generally transfers when the consumer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where otherwise provided by law.

7. Customs and taxes

For destinations subject to customs or import procedures, taxes, duties or handling fees not included in the purchase price may apply unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
